Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Meridian Forex (“Meridian”, “we”, “us”), including the website at meridian-forex.com, the signal terminal, alerts, the API and any related services. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What we provide

Meridian publishes forex and commodity trade ideas (“signals”), market analysis, performance records and educational material. Signals are general market commentary. They are not personalised investment advice and do not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. We are not a broker, we do not hold your funds and we do not execute trades for you unless you separately connect and enable a supported trading account where that feature is offered.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping access to your email and any two-factor codes secure, and for all activity on your account. Tell us promptly at support@meridian-forex.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period at the price shown when you subscribe. Payments are processed by our payment partners; we do not store your full card details. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews at the end of each period and the saved payment method is charged. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices may change for future periods with notice. See our Refund Policy.

4. Personal use only

Your subscription is for your own use (or, on team plans, for the seats included). You may not resell, republish, broadcast, or share signals, alerts, API keys or account access with people outside your plan, including in public or private groups or channels. We may suspend or close accounts that do so, without refund.

5. API access

Where your plan includes API access, keys are personal, must be kept secret and are subject to the rate limits shown in your settings. We may revoke keys that are leaked, shared or used abusively.

6. Risk and no guarantee

Trading foreign exchange, commodities and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and you can lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance, including our published track record, is not a reliable indicator of future results. You alone decide whether and how to trade. Read the full Risk Disclosure.

7. Availability

We aim to deliver signals and alerts promptly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Alerts by email, Telegram, push notification or API can be delayed or fail for reasons outside our control, and prices can move before you act. Always check the live market before trading.

8. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to access other users’ data or admin areas, interfere with or overload the service, scrape it beyond what the API permits, or use it for anything unlawful.

9. Intellectual property

All content on Meridian, including signals, analysis, text, graphics and software, belongs to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use it for your personal trading while your account is in good standing.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on any signal or content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

11. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law and contact
